CSL Behring is seeking a Sr. Analyst FP&A, Planning & Reporting to support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for Operations. You will collaborate with Finance Partners and cross-functional teams to deliver accurate insights and drive performance.

The role requires 3+ years in FP&A with strong Excel and Power BI skills, and familiarity with SAP BPC. A manufacturing/pharma background is a plus, with a strong focus on process improvement and stakeholder collaboration.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
• CPA/CA or MBA a plus.
• 3+ years of FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, or related experience.
• Understanding of production operations or commercial processes is a plus.
• Experience with budget and forecast cycles.
• Lead the month-end close and reporting process.
• Experience with dashboarding/visualization tools (Power BI preferred).
• Experience in global manufacturing/pharma is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for a CSL Behring Operations function/site.
• Develop standardised planning tools and templates for consistency and accuracy.
• Coordinate budgets/forecasts and present to management.
• Manage monthly, half-year, and year-end reporting cycles with dashboards and variance analysis.
• Drive process excellence and continuous improvement in financial processes.
