Job summary

CSL Behring in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Analyst FP&A, Planning & Reporting to support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting for the Operations function. You will deliver standardised processes and dashboards to drive performance and provide insights to FBPs and leadership.

You will lead monthly closes, variance analysis, and scenario planning, collaborating across cross-functional teams and with global FP&A to ensure actionable financial insights and timely

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field; CPA/CA or MBA a plus.
• 3+ years FP&A, budgeting, or reporting experience.
• Experience with budget and forecast cycles.
• Experience with dashboarding/Power BI is preferred.
• Experience in global manufacturing/pharma is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting across CSL Behring Operations.
• Develop standardised planning tools, templates, and methodologies.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and management presentations.
• Deliver monthly, half-year, and year-end reporting with dashboards.
• Provide variance analysis and insights to leaders.
