CooperVision Limited in Southampton, UK, is seeking a Senior Commercial FP&A Analyst, EMEA. This hands-on role reports to the EMEA Senior FP&A Manager and collaborates with the EMEA FP&A Team and business stakeholders to drive best-practice reporting, analysis and insights across the region.

You will support strategic plans, budgets, forecasts and weekly flash, analyzing results to improve management decisions.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified (ACMA/ACCA/ACA) Accountant or equivalent.
• Strong experience working with commercial teams.
• Likely to have +4 years PQE.
• Prior experience with a European subsidiary of a US multinational.
• Experience working with executive, global or regional leadership levels.
• Matrix style organization.

Aufgaben

• Provide key analytical support to enhance decision making for the EMEA SLT & OpEx Leaders.
• Month-end support for EMEA OpEx departments and understanding cost drivers.
• Prepare EMEA monthly/quarterly forecast and annual budget cycles and present variances.
• Drive revenue growth through prioritised OpEx investments and ROI modelling.
• Lead reporting, BI and AI initiatives to improve financial insights and automation.
• Partner with senior leaders to ensure consistent reporting across markets.
