Job summary

Uniphore Technologies North America Inc. seeks a senior engineer to lead end-to-end AI solution deployments for enterprise customers. You will own technical strategy, design quality, and orchestration across multi-agent AI platforms.

You will mentor engineers, collaborate with product teams, and drive best practices in LLM integration, observability, and compliant AI standards. London-based preference; strong communication required.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years engineering experience with senior impact.
• 3+ years in customer-facing or FDE roles
• Proven deployment of AI/ML or data-intensive apps in production
• Strong full-stack skills across Python, Node.js/Go, React/Vue, SQL
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud platforms
• Expertise in LLMs, vector DBs, RAG pipelines
• Agentic orchestration integrations with MCP, Salesforce/SAP
• Excellent communication with technical and executive stakeholders
• BS / MS / PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution development for high-stakes deployments.
• Primary technical POC from design to post-deploy optimization.
• Translate requirements into structured engineering plans with milestones.
• Customize platform components including APIs and tooling.
