Job summary

IFS is leading the development of AI-native enterprise software, embedding directly with product teams and customers to solve real problems at enterprise scale. You will drive developer velocity and platform adoption, building production-grade, event-driven solutions on the IFS Cloud platform.

We seek hands-on senior engineers who thrive in ambiguity, can ship fast, and collaborate with NGA architecture and product teams.

Qualifications

5+ years of software development experience across the stack.
Strong cloud-native skills with Kubernetes, containers, GitOps, IaC.
Experience designing and shipping production AI-powered systems.
Ability to translate complex problems into scoped, shippable solutions.

Responsibilities

Embed with product teams and customer engineering organisations to maximise velocity.
Lead technical discovery and identify bottlenecks, not just symptoms.
Design and build production-grade solutions on the IFS Cloud platform: workflows, integrations, event-driven patterns, data pipelines.
Identify and resolve platform friction points to speed shipping.
Champion event-driven architecture across product teams.
Build tooling and reference implementations to accelerate adoption of Kairos and Nexus.
Ship a first version quickly, then harden with monitoring and iteration.
