Job summary

IFS is seeking a senior software engineer to lead design, architecture, and implementation of scalable APIs and services, spanning both front-end and back-end development with accessibility-first interfaces.

You will drive evolution to modular, event-driven, API-first components, champion DevOps (CI/CD, monitoring) and production readiness, and mentor engineers within a lean platform-team model, collaborating across product, design, AI, and engineering teams to deliver impactful software.

Qualifications

• Must have strong full-stack experience across front-end and back-end development.
• Proven track record designing scalable APIs and cloud-native applications.
• Solid understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD, monitoring, and incident response.

Responsibilities
