You will be a force multiplier for developer velocity and platform adoption, tackling bottlenecks and building scalable patterns across Kairos and Nexus on the IFS Cloud.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience with hands-on capability across the stack.
• Backend is Go; Frontend is React/Next.js; Messaging with Kafka/RedPanda; Data with PostgreSQL.
• Experience in cloud-native environments and distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Embed with product teams and customer engineering organisations to maximise velocity.
• Lead technical discovery and identify bottlenecks; design production-grade solutions.
• Build patterns and tooling for platform adoption and event-driven architecture.
• Collaborate with NGA architecture team to define Internal Developer Platform requirements.
• Translate pain points into actionable platform feedback and roadmap input.
