Contract Scotland is seeking a Senior Estimator - Formwork (Shuttering) for Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Salary CA$150K-CA$200K + Bonus and Employee Share Scheme. Full VISA Sponsorship and Relocation Support.

This leadership-track role requires strong hands-on formwork estimating experience, ability to influence bid strategy, and delivery from day one on large-scale projects with a Tier 1 contractor. Opportunity to advance career internationally.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on formwork / shuttering estimating experience.
• Ability to deliver from day one on complex projects.
• Solid understanding of drawings, sequencing and construction methods.
• Knowledge of labour, materials, productivity and logistics.
• Experience pricing complex concrete and structural scopes.
