Job summary

Saxton Recruitment is partnering with a leading North American construction contractor to appoint Project Managers and Senior Project Managers for major Design & Build projects in Toronto. These roles offer a competitive basic salary in the range of $135K–$220K, plus a profit related bonus, tax-free relocation, a company car or allowance, and a pension scheme.

Successful candidates must be willing to relocate to Canada and have a track record on large-scale D&B projects with Tier 1 or 2

• Work with the pre-construction team to develop the project budget
• Hire key personnel and subcontractors to deliver the project
• Manage the project administration and daily operations

Project Manager - are you a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager looking to take your career overseas?

We are partnering with our client who is one of North America's major construction contractors ($4bn t/o) to appoint Project Managers and Senior Project Managers to major deliver design and build projects across Toronto.

The Package:

• Basic salary of $135K - $220K (£70K - £115K)
• Profit Related Company Bonus ($10K - $30K)

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Manage construction activities to ensure project is built on schedule budget
• Work with the pre-construction team to develop the project budget
• Hire key personnel and subcontractors to deliver the project
• Manage the project administration and daily operations
• Monitor the change management process

Requirements:

• Experience working on large scale projects valued at £25m+
• Experience managing programme, safety and quality on site
• Experience working for Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor
• Willing and able to relocate to Canada

To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate a track record working as a Project Manager on D&B projects (£50m+) for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contactor.
