Job summary

BBuilding Partnerships in Toronto is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial delivery on large design and build projects. The role offers relocation to Canada, a tax-free relocation package, and a substantial salary ranging from $170K to $190K plus a potential bonus.

The successful candidate will review Prime Contracts, develop risk registers, maintain relationships with clients and suppliers, and drive change management processes across major projects valued £25m+.

Qualifications

Senior Quantity Surveyor - are you a Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to take your career overseas?

We are partnering with our client who is one of North America's major construction contractors ($4bn t/o) to appoint Senior Quantity Surveyors to major deliver design and build projects across Toronto.

Requirements:

• Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior QS
• Experience working for Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor
• Willing and able to relocate to Canada

To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate a track record working as a Quantity Surveyor on D&B projects (£25m+) for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contactor.
