Thermo Fisher Scientific in the United Kingdom seeks a production operator to set up and run bulking and aseptic filling lines in line with SOPs. You will work in a GMP environment, maintain cleanrooms, and ensure batch records are followed to produce pharmaceuticals.

The role requires Bronze license maintenance every two years, ability to lift 40 lbs, and proficiency with SAP transactions and GMP quality systems.

Qualifications

• Must comply with cGMP and regulatory standards.
• Bronze Production Area license required; requalification every 2 years.
• Experience with aseptic filling and cleanroom operations desirable.

Responsabilités

• Set up and operate bulking and aseptic filling lines per SOPs.
• Manufacture pharmaceuticals following BMRs.
• Perform manufacturing, filling and packaging duties to cGMP.
• Monitor equipment status and report faults to supervision.
• Perform CIP and SIP activities.
• Operate autoclaves and automated cleaning systems.
• Communicate non-conformance for investigation and rectification.
• Support project validation and new product introduction.
• Carry out SAP transactions and use Quality systems for GMP changes.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance; experience in regulated environments.
