Qualifikationen

• Maths GCSE and English (Grade C or above) or equivalent literacy/numeracy evidence.
• Experience in regulated industries such as Pharmaceuticals, Food, Automotive, Make-Up & Engineering.
• Desirable: prior manufacturing environment experience.

Aufgaben

• Complete activities to acquire and maintain Bronze License Badge for Production areas (Grade C/D) access; requalify every 2 years.
• Adhere to gowning and cleaning of non-aseptic and aseptic filling lines areas.
• Prepare cleaning bucket and perform cleaning regimes per SOPs.
• Assist with materials handling to transfer materials into classified areas.
• Ensure stocks for production are maintained and within expiry dates.
• Clean and maintain area/equipment per SOPs, cGMP, and pharma regulations.
• Operate airlocks; assist with Part Washer and Autoclave loading after training.
• Perform line end run-off, packaging, labeling and in-process weight checks.
• Escalate non-conformances to area leader, QA for investigation and rectification.
• When bronze qualified, conduct environmental monitoring in Grade C/D areas per procedures.
• Complete documentation in line with Data Integrity principles.
