Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical or regulated environments (MHRA and FDA)
• Experience in clean room work and aseptic manufacturing is desirable
• Experience with spray drying systems, bulk GMP powder manufacturing and powder filling
• Strong competency in English and Maths; scientific background essential (A-levels)
• Degree in a science-based subject desirable
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills with ability to manage workload
• Experience in Lean systems and Continuous Improvement
• Understanding of HMI-driven pharmaceutical systems
• Aseptic block license will be considered a plus

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate aseptic filling lines following SOPs and BMRs
• Manufacture pharmaceuticals per SOPs and batch records
• Perform manufacturing, filling, packaging duties including line clearance and IPC checks
• Set equipment for minimum downtime, optimize start-ups, changeovers, tests and cleaning
• Monitor equipment status and report faults to supervision
• Clean and maintain clean rooms and equipment per SOPs and cGMP
• Perform CIP and SIP using HMI-controlled systems
• Operate airlocks, autoclaves, and automated cleaning systems for sterility
• Escalate non-conformances to area leader or QA for investigation and rectification
• Support project validation and new product introduction to Operations
• Process SAP transactions and use quality systems for GMP changes and reports
• Assist in basic equipment maintenance
