Job summary

PSR Solutions is seeking a General Foreman to oversee on-site civils works on projects around Northamptonshire. You’ll manage contractors, drive safety, maintain on-time delivery and budget, and report to the Project Manager.

You should have highways/civil engineering background, SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS, with a track record of delivering schemes in fast-paced environments. Long-term, on-site leadership with a leading main contractor awaits.

Qualifications

• Experience in highways and civil engineering projects.
• SMSTS certification.
• First Aid certification.
• CSCS card holder.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site contractors to ensure safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery.
• Coordinate interfaces with client and report progress to the Project Manager.
• Maintain site safety and compliance throughout the project.
• Lead field operations across multiple Northamptonshire sites.
