Pinnacle Recruitment Ltd is seeking a General Foreman to lead highway projects in Hertfordshire. You will supervise site personnel and subcontractors, coordinate daily activities, and monitor quality to meet specifications while ensuring site safety and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has extensive highways experience (civil engineering), CSCS card, SMSTS, NVQ, a clean driving licence, and a proactive, deductive approach to productivity.

Formación

• Must have worked in the highways industry (Civil Engineering).
• Strong organisational, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Previous knowledge of traditional construction activities is essential.
• Proven ability to supervise construction subcontractors would be an asset.
• Strong understanding and working knowledge of environmental management and quality systems.
• Ability to use own initiative and apply a deductive approach when maintaining productivity and cost effectiveness.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and coordinate site personnel and subcontractors.
• Report all relevant site activities.
• Manage quality of work and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Ensure statutory requirements are adhered to on site while maintaining outputs.
