Job summary

Yeo Valley is seeking a Senior Innovation Technologist to join the Central Development Team at our Newton Abbot site. You’ll support in launching and evaluating new and existing Own Label Dairy products, working with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality concepts.

Essentially you will manage multiple development projects, coordinate samples, liaise with suppliers, and translate recipes into scalable concepts while supporting customers and documentation.

Qualifications

• Project management experience across multiple product development projects.
• Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Problem solving with a proactive, hands-on approach.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, with stakeholders.
• Valid Driver's License due to multi-site locations.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of development projects from Gate 0 to Gate 2.
• Coordinate kitchen samples and liaise with suppliers on new ingredients.
• Demonstrate scientific understanding of recipe formulation and process.
• Collaborate with Process Development to identify improvements.
• Support customer engagements and prepare presentations.
• Prepare documentation and maintain project records.
