Job summary

Sodexo seeks a Senior FM Pricing Estimator to own pricing across IFM and single-service bids, leading the commercial effort within a multidisciplinary bid team.

You will own end-to-end pricing across UK & Ireland, including labour loading, rostering, and scenario modelling, while collaborating with Business Development, Bid Management, Operations and Procurement to deliver competitive, financially sound submissions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience owning end-to-end FM/IFM tender pricing.
• Experience pricing facilities management contracts (hard/soft/integrated FM).
• Background in outsourced services, facilities management or IFM environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as the accountable pricing lead on IFM and single-service opportunities.
• Develop end-to-end pricing models including labour loading and rostering.
• Work with BD, Bid Management, Operations and Procurement to create compelling solutions.
• Translate delivery models into robust, competitive submissions.
• Identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities.
• Support governance with transparent pricing assumptions and recommendations.
• Develop pricing strategies balancing customer needs with profitability and risk.
• Contribute to mobilisation and transition pricing activities.
• Review complex customer pricing templates and provide commercial insight.
• Support pricing methodologies and tools improvement.
