Job summary

Turner & Townsend seeks a Senior/Principal Consultant to deliver high-quality FM advisory services from London, with UK-wide travel. You will lead and support client engagements, applying CAFM/IWMS capabilities and asset management knowledge, while driving governance, data-driven decisions and value for clients.

The role develops project delivery across engagements, mentors team members, and contributes to business growth while maintaining quality and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering FM advisory or consultancy projects.
• Knowledge of CAFM/IWMS systems and FM asset management.
• Ability to engage stakeholders and work in teams.

Responsibilities

• Support and lead the successful delivery of FM advisory commissions.
• Contribute to project delivery across multiple engagements and apply FM best practice.
• Undertake detailed analysis, develop reports and client deliverables.
• Assist in workshops, stakeholder engagement activities and client presentations.
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and internal teams.
