Job summary

Turner & Townsend AMCL UK&I is seeking an ambitious Associate Director to lead transport asset management engagements across the UK & Ireland. You will shape strategic solutions for infrastructure performance, build executive relationships and drive growth within major client portfolios.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, ensure safe delivery, and mentor consultants while expanding existing accounts and winning new work in transport. Travel to client sites will be required.

Qualifications

• Significant transport sector experience with ownership of major client engagements.
• Strong leadership of multidisciplinary teams and stakeholder management.
• Proven track record in growing client accounts and profitable delivery.
• Ability to shape strategic solutions for asset management and infrastructure performance.
• Coaching and developing consultants and future leaders.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead major client commissions with delivery excellence and profitability.
• Act as Engagement Director for complex transport programmes across the sector.
• Build trusted relationships with executive and senior leadership teams.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality outcomes that drive value.
• Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and cross-sell within AMCL/Turner & Townsend/CBRE networks.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely and meet client and business objectives.
