Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Leeds is seeking a seasoned professional to lead FM Operational Readiness and Transition services. You will be pivotal in ensuring that projects are transitioned into a safe, compliant, and operational state. The role involves strategic oversight of multiple projects and leading design reviews while driving business growth and developing high-performing teams.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in FM Operational Readiness, a strong background in asset management, and excellent stakeholder engagement skills. A degree and relevant professional accreditation are essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering FM Operational Readiness programmes.
• Strong understanding of asset handover and transition into operations.
• Proven ability to lead design reviews and readiness assurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational readiness and GSL programmes to ensure safe operations.
• Develop and implement comprehensive Operational Readiness Plans.
• Act as the key interface between project and operations teams.
