Job summary

KBR Consulting International is seeking an experienced flow assurance engineer in Leatherhead for a hybrid role combining office and remote work. You will work on ADNOC H&G Debottlenecking Study projects within small teams, developing concept definitions and performing pipeline simulations using OLGA, PIPESIM, and PIPENET.

The role involves guiding junior engineers, delivering technical reports, and interfacing with client staff to present findings and discuss issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in flow assurance modeling using OLGA transient simulation software.
• Experience in single and multiphase pipelines (steady state and transient hydraulic) analyses with OLGA, PIPESIM, PIPENET.
• Knowledge of flow assurance issues (slugging, hydrates, wax, erosion, corrosion) and mitigation methods.

Responsibilities

• Develop flow assurance studies and provide technical guidance during study execution.
• Interface with client staff to present outcomes and discuss technical issues; may travel to client sites.
• Lead or participate in project teams and supervise junior engineers; produce technical reports.
