We are seeking a skilled Senior Floor Manager with strong leadership and communication abilities to guide their team towards achieving sales and KPI targets whilst providing unparalleled service.

Responsibilities:

  1. Support the store management team in ensuring the store achieves the highest level of customer satisfaction by driving and maintaining exceptional service standards and promptly addressing customer needs.
  2. Drive store sales through effective merchandising, stock replenishment, and team motivation.
  3. Monitor and drive all key performance indicators such as Sales, Conversion, Units, and more.
  4. Support the Store Management team in optimizing financial performance by managing costs, including audit compliance and wages.
  5. Foster a positive work environment by leading, mentoring, and developing store colleagues to enhance their performance and engagement.
  6. Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints professionally.
  7. Help manage day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  8. Support cash management tasks, such as processing transactions and reconciling tills.
  9. Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training new employees.
  10. Provide feedback and coaching to colleagues to improve performance.

Role objectives and KPIs:

  1. Contribute to achieving or exceeding the store's monthly sales target.
  2. Drive all additional KPIs including but not limited to Units, Conversion, ATV, UPT.
  3. Achieve upselling or cross-selling targets.
  4. Maintain a high Net Promoter Score.
  5. Ensure stock accuracy during store audits.
  6. Ensure all new colleagues complete mandatory training.
  7. Ensure employee satisfaction scores or engagement survey results meet or exceed company benchmarks.
  8. Assist in keeping operational costs within the budget.

Skills and Experience:

  1. Previous supervisory or management experience in a fast-paced retail or customer-facing environment.
  2. Passionate about retail with a good understanding of the latest trends and competitors.
  3. Experience in coaching and developing individuals.
  4. Strong communication skills.
  5. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  6. Keen eye for detail and commerciality. Experience in visual merchandising is advantageous.
  7. Ability to promote JD Group values to stakeholders.
