Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' experience in civil engineering focusing on flood risk and drainage.
• Experience operating at Senior/Principal/Associate Director level.
• Chartered Engineer status would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of flood risk and drainage engineering projects.
• Prepare and review FRAs, drainage strategies and SuDS designs.
• Design surface water and foul drainage systems.
• Provide technical leadership and support to junior engineers.
• Manage projects, coordinate with clients and liaise with local authorities.
• Ensure compliance with planning policies, legislation and technical standards.
• Contribute to team growth and development.
