Job summary

EasyJet plc, based in the United Kingdom, invites applications for a Senior Fleet Planning and Procurement Manager to shape fleet strategy and procurement across a fleet of 360+ aircraft. The role blends strategic insight with hands-on analysis to optimise capital deployment and lifecycle decisions.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration with Strategy, Finance, Network and Operations while driving the development of value-driven planning capabilities and supplier engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain short, medium and long-term fleet plans to optimise utilisation.
• Build and evaluate fleet planning scenarios to support strategic and commercial decision-making.
• Lead quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify aircraft and engine opportunities and develop robust business cases for ownership and lifecycle decisions.
• Support easyJet's strategic planning process with Finance and other stakeholders.
• Provide analytical outputs that inform decisions across functions and senior leadership.
• Balance commercial, operational, financial and technical considerations in fleet recommendations.
• Develop and maintain governance and documentation to capture decisions and assumptions.
