Job Description

Net Talent has partnered with a well-known brand in the financial sector, seeking to expand their successful team with a Senior Firmware / Software Engineer. The role involves designing, evaluating, testing, and building devices used worldwide.

The ideal candidate will have several years of real-time embedded firmware/software design experience, with a strong interest in electro/mechanical systems operating under software or firmware control.

Main responsibilities include:

• Designing, developing, and documenting firmware and software drivers for embedded real-time devices.
• Creating test procedures and software to validate functionality.
• Performing software unit tests and supporting integration and system testing.
• Providing regular progress reports on schedule, quality, and changes.
• Leading small teams and managing project planning and status reporting to management.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience in developing embedded real-time firmware (C++ preferred).
• Developing PC device application software (Linux, Android, or Windows) using C++, C#, VB, Java, or C.
• Knowledge of USB.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Understanding of software design and methodologies, especially Object-Oriented Programming.
• Experience with software configuration management.
