Job summary

IC Resources is seeking a Senior Firmware Engineer for a Bath-based role focusing on wireless technologies and IoT. You’ll bring 5–10 years of embedded firmware experience, strong C programming skills, and a solid hardware understanding to work on challenging projects with flexibility of hybrid working.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with ARM/STM32 microcontrollers, RTOS or bare-metal development, and knowledge of communication protocols, with IoT hardware or FPGA exposure as a bonus.
