Job summary

Flusso Ltd. is seeking a Senior Firmware Engineer to advance firmware for ARM-based MCUs and ASICs used in sensor products. You will work on real-time firmware in C, porting to new processors, and supporting evaluation kits with Windows interfaces.

You will collaborate across hardware, test, and software teams, ensuring high-quality code, robust builds, and regulatory-aligned development under ISO 9001 processes.

Qualifications

Development of real-time firmware in C for ARM-based MCUs/ASICs.
Experience with STM32 and/or EFM32 families.
Experience with source control (Git).
Familiarity with Keil, IAR, STM32CubeMX and Eclipse/GNU.
Debugging with JTAG and test equipment.

Responsibilities

Develop firmware for sensor and interface solutions.
Collaborate with hardware, test and data science teams to define architectures.
Maintain code quality with reviews, builds and documentation.
Port firmware to new targets and variants.
Support evaluation kits and Windows interfaces when needed.
Participate in safety reviews (DFMEA/HAZOP).
