Qualifications

• Experience supervising fire and security maintenance in regulated residential environments.
• FIA qualifications or equivalent and strong technical knowledge of fire alarm systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and support engineers and operatives to deliver high-standard fire and security works.
• Oversee maintenance, inspections, testing, repairs and remedials on site.
• Carry out site inspections and quality checks; review and sign off certifications before client delivery.
• Manage specialist subcontractors and ensure accountability for quality.
• Provide technical guidance, deliver toolbox talks and resolve compliance issues.
• Support quotes, variations and work-in-progress to keep jobs on track.
