Anchor is seeking an experienced Fire Safety Manager to lead fire safety operations across a national housing and care portfolio. You will ensure FRAs are completed on time, actions tracked, and fire safety management systems stay robust and compliant with evolving regulation.

You will coach and develop Fire Safety Assessors, oversee training, and coordinate with Building Safety, Health & Safety, regulators and local services to embed resident-centered safety and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Experience managing fire risk in residential housing.
• Ability to travel as required and manage diverse teams.
• Proven track record implementing safety improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead fire safety operations across homes and buildings.
• Ensure FRAs are completed on time and actions closed.
• Coach Fire Safety Assessors and maintain competency frameworks.
• Develop fire safety strategies and assurance frameworks.
• Review Fire Safety Policy in line with legislation.
• Coordinate fire safety training and awareness programs.
• Advise on Building Safety Act compliance and Safety Cases.
• Liaise with Fire & Rescue Services and regulators.
• Analyse performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee external fire safety providers and QA of FRAs.
