Job summary

Your Housing Group is seeking an experienced Fire Actions Programme Manager to lead its fire safety compliance programme across housing assets. Reporting to the Fire Safety Manager, you will manage FRAs, FDIs, remedial actions and assurance activities, ensuring compliance with fire safety legislation and driving continuous improvement.

• Relevant fire safety, building safety or related professional qualification.
• Commitment to continuing professional development.
• Experience procuring and managing fire safety contracts, inspections and audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of fire risk assessments and fire door inspection programmes.
• Oversee remedial action plans to manage risks and ensure compliance.
• Provide expert fire safety advice and monitor performance and compliance metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement and promote a positive fire safety culture.
