Your Housing Group is seeking a Fire Actions Programme Manager to lead the delivery of our fire safety compliance programme. You will manage Fire Risk Assessments, Fire Door Inspections and remedial works, ensuring regulatory compliance and continuous improvement across our housing portfolio.

The role reports to the Fire Safety Manager, with responsibilities spanning policy adherence, data-driven performance, and cross-team collaboration to protect residents and properties.

Qualifications

• Relevant fire safety or building safety qualification is required.
• Experience leading fire safety in residential buildings is essential.
• Experience procuring and managing fire safety contracts is desirable.
• Ability to use data and KPIs to drive improvements and assurance.

Responsabilités

• Lead delivery of fire risk assessments and fire door inspections with remedial plans.
• Deliver the fire safety strategy and compliance framework.
• Provide expert fire safety advice and monitor performance and compliance metrics.
• Collaborate with customers, contractors, regulators and internal teams to maintain high safety standards.
