Job summary
DAS Fire Limited - Fire Detection and Suppression is seeking a Project Manager to deliver fire protection projects from start to handover. You will own scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and client satisfaction while coordinating multiple disciplines to ensure compliant, high-quality delivery.
Ideal candidates combine technical proficiency with commercial awareness, strong leadership, and excellent stakeholder management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience delivering fire protection projects on time and on budget.
- CSCS, SMSTS and UK driving licence required.
- Strong understanding of fire systems and compliance standards (BS 5839, BS 7671).
Responsibilities
- Define project scope, budgets, and schedules aligned with contract requirements.
- Coordinate procurement, subcontractors, and design teams to meet milestones.
- Lead on-site activities and ensure safety and quality compliance.
- Prepare payment applications and manage variations and invoices.
- Escalate commercial risks or scope changes to leadership.
- Maintain client relationships and provide regular project updates.
