  • Maintain open and transparent communication channels to foster strong, professional relationships.
  • Attend progress meetings and site inspections, providing clear project updates and documentation.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through consistent quality delivery and proactive issue resolution.

  • Strong budget management, cost control, and commercial contract administration experience.
  • Solid knowledge of fire systems such as fire alarms, suppression systems (gas, water mist), emergency voice systems, and dry risers.
  • Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and self-delivery teams effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-first approach.
  • Capable of interpreting technical drawings, system schematics, and compliance documents.
  • Confident in using Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel, Word, Outlook); project management tools or ERP software experience is a bonus.
