Qualifications

• Degree in Fire Engineering or related discipline.
• IFE membership (Institute of Fire Engineers).
• Experience delivering fire engineering projects in a consultancy environment.
• Strong understanding of fire safety legislation and standards.
• Excellent communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and career progression.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of fire engineering projects with focus on quality, programme delivery and client outcomes.
• Produce detailed fire strategies, technical reports and supporting calculations.
• Provide fire engineering advice throughout design and construction phases of projects.
• Prepare fee proposals, tender submissions and other technical documentation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and support business development.
• Mentor and support junior engineers, contributing to team growth.
