• Qualified Fire Engineer with significant experience leading fire safety projects across multiple sites or portfolios.
• Ability to set fire safety strategy and ensure compliance across diverse building types.
• Ambitious and capable of building and leading a team and influencing senior clients.

Responsibilities

• Set up and lead the fire safety capability within the consultancy.
• Advise on fire safety risk across the portfolio; commission and oversee risk assessments and surveys.
• Develop fire strategies to manage compliance and risk while growing the safety offering.
• Lead business development and client engagement to identify opportunities within existing projects.
