Bath and North East Somerset Council is seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Financial Systems Control & Development Officer to maintain and develop the Council's key financial systems and provide technical 2nd line support across our Finance ERP, HR, Payroll and Pensions systems.

As part of the Financial Systems & Development Team, you will lead system improvements, specify functional and technical requirements, ensure security and reliability, and work with stakeholders to deliver

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant subject or equivalent experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of business applications and systems.
• Experience in supporting and maintaining business-critical systems.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and develop the Council's key financial systems.
• Provide expert 2nd line support across Finance ERP, HR, Payroll and Pensions.
• Develop system improvements, prepare functional/technical specifications, and manage upgrades.
