Job summary

Kettering General Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced, qualified accountant to join the Corporate Reporting Team in support of the Financial Recovery Programme. The post holder will monitor and report the position, provide guidance across finance and operations, and communicate with a wide range of staff.

As part of University Hospitals of Northamptonshire (UHN), you will lead the PMO, coordinate the recovery portfolio, and prepare submissions and evidence packs for NHS

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with strong NHS or public sector financial reporting experience.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate with diverse staff groups.
• Experience in monitoring, reporting and providing guidance on financial recovery schemes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Financial Recovery PMO and provide programme leadership.
• Coordinate the recovery portfolio on behalf of the accountable executive and governance bodies.
• Direct the preparation of submissions and evidence packs for regulators and system partners.
• Develop dashboards and reporting processes to deliver timely, accurate information for decision making.
