Kettering General Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Head of Financial Recovery PMO. The role demands expert financial leadership within the Corporate Reporting Team, driving the Financial Recovery Programme across the Trust and its sites.

The post holder will lead the PMO function, develop governance, and coordinate submissions to NHS England and regulators, ensuring timely, accurate reporting and delivery of the recovery plan.

Qualifications

• Masters level education or equivalent; continuing professional development expected.
• Significant post-qualification or senior experience in financial management, transformation or programme delivery in a large, complex organisation.
• Proven leadership of a complex PMO, financial recovery, turnaround or transformation portfolio; delivery improvement demonstrated.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Financial Recovery PMO and provide authoritative financial and programme leadership.
• Coordinate the recovery portfolio on behalf of the accountable executive and programme governance, with sponsors and operational leads retaining delivery accountability.
• Develop and maintain delivery-management systems, dashboards and reporting processes to provide timely, accurate, decision-focused information.
