Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers seeks a Senior Financial Modeling Analyst to develop, maintain, and interpret complex models for large-scale data center investments and strategic initiatives.

You will work with investment teams across regions (APAC, India, EMEA) in a hybrid setup to translate inputs into decision-ready insights and present to executives. Strong Excel, IRR/NPV, and debt financing expertise are required; MBA/CPA preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
• MBA/CPA preferred.
• Several years progressive experience in finance.
• Experience with investors preferred.
• Strong experience in Financial modeling (advanced Excel) & Capital budgeting, IRR/NPV analysis
• Ability to translate ambiguous inputs into structured model, Identify key value drivers and risks & perform sensitivity and downside analysis
• Ability to Communicate complex modeling outputs clearly and support senior stakeholders with decision-ready insights
• Ability to conduct and prepare comprehensive and detailed data analysis and output reports for stakeholders
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook and AI tools as approved by the organization
• Strong ability to create context in Power Point is required
• Revenue Recognition knowledge in preferred
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Build business cases for new sites and GW-scale projects.
• Analyze inputs for reasonableness and comparison to investments.
• Model returns (IRR, NPV), cashflows, and sensitivities.
• Support lifecycle business case development (greenfield, expansion, recapitalization).
• Develop debt and capital structure components within models.
• Model multi-entity investments and funding flows.
• Assess impact of large customer deals on portfolio economics.
• Update forecasts, budgets, and financing changes in business cases.
• Ensure alignment with investor models and lending requirements.
• Prepare executive presentations with financial metrics.
• Travel 5-10% as needed.
