Job summary

Randburg Randburg Tech Solutions seeks an accomplished Financial Manager to lead financial operations, including planning, budgeting, reporting, cash flow, and compliance. You will drive performance with strong analytical skills and strategic insight, guiding sustainable growth in a dynamic tech services environment.

The role requires a CA(SA)/CIMA/ACCA qualification, 7+ years in finance, and proven leadership. Experience with SAP/Oracle and advanced Excel is essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3 years in financial management.
• CA(SA), CIMA, or ACCA qualification is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and South African tax laws; corporate finance experience.
• Proven skills in strategic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial operations including accounting, reporting, and treasury.
• Develop and execute strategic financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and stakeholders.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and optimize resources.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and tax requirements.
• Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team.
• Provide financial analysis to support business development and investments.
• Liaise with auditors, banks, and financial institutions.
