Job summary

Nomad Foods is seeking a finance professional to strengthen IT controls and support the Head of Internal Controls in delivering SOX compliance across UK and Europe. The role focuses on ITGCs and ITACs, with upcoming RACM implementation.

You will partner with IT and finance teams to design, test, and remediate controls, driving automation and ensuring robust governance. ACA/ACCA/CISA qualified or finalist preferred; strong communication essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with ITGCs and ITACs in a SOX environment.
• Auditing or implementing ITGCs/ITACs experience preferred.
• Strong communication across all levels and ability to translate IT issues to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop a standard ITGC/ITAC framework for SOX compliance across systems.
• Collaborate with IT and finance to ensure robust controls and governance.
• Identify system access controls and ensure they pass testing and remediation is completed.
• Support external auditors with SOX-related assurance requirements and remediation.
