Qualifications

• Professional accountancy qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
• Significant experience in senior financial control, group accounting or financial reporting within a complex organisation.
• Proven track record leading and developing high-performing finance teams.
• Experience delivering statutory accounts, audits and financial compliance.
• Experience with finance systems, data governance, automation and digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead Central Finance teams across Accounting, Financial Operations and Management Reporting.
• Maintain a robust control environment and governance processes.
• Oversee month-end/year-end close, statutory reporting and external audits.
• Drive finance systems, transformation and automation initiatives.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to stakeholders and ensure reliable financial information.
