Qualifications

• Recognised professional accountancy qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
• Significant experience in senior financial control or financial reporting roles within a complex organisation.
• Proven track record leading high-performing finance teams.
• Deep technical accounting expertise with statutory accounts, audits and financial compliance requirements.
• Experience with finance systems, data governance and digital transformation within finance.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management across a wide range of stakeholders.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and modernising the finance function.

• Leadership and Team Development: lead central Finance teams and foster a high-performing, inclusive culture.
• Financial Control and Governance: maintain robust control framework, accounting policies and statutory compliance.
• Finance Operations and Reporting: oversee month-end/year-end close, statutory accounts and external audit.
• Finance Systems, Transformation and Innovation: own Dynamics 365 Finance roadmap, drive automation and AI-enabled controls.
• Stakeholder Leadership: build relationships and provide trusted financial information for decision-making.
