Our platforms and services are trusted by over 900 clients globally, including the English Premier League, Red Bull, UEFA, VISA, the NFL, Nike and Amazon. We are almost 1000 people, based out of 14 offices, and we deliver work for sports and entertainment businesses of all shapes and sizes all over the world.

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Audit Contractor to support our in-house audit team during a critical phase of our financial statement audit. The successful candidate will work closely with both internal stakeholders and external auditors to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient delivery of audit-related tasks and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the internal audit and finance teams with the year-end audit process.
  • Prepare and review audit schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.
  • Liaise with external auditors to respond to audit queries and provide necessary data.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies or issues in financial records and reports.
  • Assist with walkthroughs, control testing, and substantive testing as required.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards (e.g., IFRS/GAAP) and company policies.
  • Monitor and track audit progress, highlighting risks or delays to key stakeholders.
  • Support the drafting or review of financial statements and accompanying disclosures.

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience:
  • Qualified accountant (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CPA) with 5+ years of audit experience.
  • Strong technical knowledge of financial reporting standards and audit procedures.
  • Prior experience supporting or leading financial statement audits.
  • Comfortable working independently and in collaboration with in-house teams.
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and professional judgment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Familiarity with audit software/tools and common ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
