Alexander Lloyd Senior Finance are delighted to be partnering with a Global Insurer for the key hire of a Senior FP&A Analyst on a permanent basis.

Salary - up to £70K + Bonus & Benefits!

This is a really exciting time for the business as they are on a journey to become the UK's market leaders and with recent acquisitions this is becoming a reality!

The successful candidate will work closely with the senior management team providing financial support, information, analysis, and insight.

Some of the duties will include…

• Feed into the monthly and quarterly reporting cycle both internally and to Group.
• Consolidation of performance across the group through active collaboration, co-ordination, and challenge across the entities.
• Supporting the overarching planning cycle including: input into Group Dialogues; leading on the data consolidation for the Group; working with various stakeholders to produce plan data; producing the data for the Group system uploads.
• Partner with Group colleagues providing ad-hoc analysis of company performance.
• Opportunity to get involved in the implementation of FP&A use cases into Anaplan.
• Participate in finance projects and initiatives e.g. the implementation of IFRS 17 in the FP&A area.
• Support the wider FP&A with Group requests, analysis, and consolidation support across the Group.
• Support in the regulatory reporting requirements.

The ideal candidate…

• Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA with commercial finance experience gained within an insurance organisation.
• Powerpoint / presentation software (essential).
