Eagle Street is a pan-European real estate investment and asset manager focused on Ireland, UK, and other select European markets. We acquire, develop, refurbish, and manage real estate assets and portfolios in our target markets.

We focus on thematic real estate investment strategies and building vertically integrated operating platforms. Our current strategies include living, retail, industrial, and commercial offices, aiming to unlock value through local knowledge, active asset management, and integrated platforms.

We are seeking a Senior Financial Accountant with 3–5 years PQE, preferably with a real estate background, to join our growing finance team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, taking ownership of key financial processes and contributing to operational and strategic finance aspects.

Reporting to the CFO, you will lead the preparation of financial statements and investor reporting, support transaction structuring, liaise with advisors, and play a key role in system and process improvements, including Yardi implementation.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting for multiple investment vehicles and entities.
• Lead monthly and quarterly close processes, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Prepare and review management accounts, investor reports, and board packs with analysis and commentary.
• Draft annual statutory financial statements and oversee the audit process.
• Ensure VAT, Corporate Tax, and RCT compliance with external advisors.
• Improve internal controls, finance processes, and reporting efficiency.
• Lead the implementation and optimization of Yardi or other finance systems.
• Support financial modeling, forecasting, and decision-making for acquisitions and disposals.
• Collaborate with asset management, legal, and external advisors.
