Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Preparation and finalisation of the monthly accounts, compliant with group reporting GAAP.
2. Preparing UK statutory accounting statements for auditors.
3. Leading coordination for external audits.
4. Maintaining strong balance sheet control.
5. Collaborating with the FP&A team for monthly P&L analysis.
6. Ensuring monthly postings and documentation for SOX and internal audits.
7. Building and maintaining relationships with external parties such as tax advisors and auditors.
8. Maintaining the fixed asset register.
9. Reviewing intercompany account reconciliations monthly.
10. Supporting process improvements and other team duties.

Candidate Requirements:

1. Part-qualified or qualified ACCA or CIMA.
2. Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
3. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
4. Experience with ERP systems is essential; experience with JDE is advantageous.
5. IT literate with advanced Excel skills.
