Candidate Profile

• Experience: Strong background in managing and implementing debt structures and hedging positions.
• Skills: Technical and commercial Treasury experience, with a focus on delivering change.

Technical Topics

• Debt Facilities: Including Senior Term Debt, Revolving Credit Facilities, and Securitization.
• Market Risk and Hedging: Managing and forecasting market risks.
• Cash and Liquidity Management: Optimizing group cash and liquidity.
• Governance and Process Improvement: Enhancing and documenting processes.

Strategic Responsibilities

• Development of Group Treasury: Working with the HoT, Deputy HoT, and a small team to grow the Treasury function.
• Governance Framework: Ensuring robust governance in Treasury.

BAU Responsibilities

• Debt Funding Management: Aligning with legal parameters.
• Liquidity Management: Short-term and medium-term forecasting.
• Market Risk Management: Forecasting, hedging, and reporting.
• Relationship Management: Engaging with banks, advisors, and external legal teams.
• Intercompany Framework Management: Handling intercompany transactions.
• Policy Evolution: Maintaining and evolving Treasury policies and procedures.
• People Management: Leading and developing the Treasury team.
