Job summary

Alexander Lloyd is partnering with a long-term Financial Services/Insurance client to appoint a Senior Finance Transformation Manager to be based from London on a hybrid basis. The role focuses on developing the strategy for business units, overseeing budget monitoring and cost management, and designing the Target Operating Model (TOM) for Accounting.

You will partner with stakeholders and manage relationships with external providers to ensure governance and risk management.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services or insurance is advantageous.
• Demonstrable change/transformation experience.
• Finance Operations knowledge.
