Job summary

SiriusPoint is seeking an experienced Finance Transformation leader to steer the London and European finance transformation agenda. You will simplify processes, automate reporting, and build scalable operating models, working across Finance, Technology, Data and Transformation Office.

You will drive governance and change management, delivering sustained improvements in productivity and data quality. You will lead senior stakeholder communications and ensure delivery of enterprise-wide

Qualifications

• 10+ years in finance transformation across US and Europe.
• Experience with Lloyd's, FCA and European regulatory environments.
• Proficient in data-enabled change and finance systems across multi-jurisdictional teams.

Join Our Team

The role will lead the modernisation of SiriusPoint’s London and European Finance function. You will simplify and automate finance processes, improve data and reporting, strengthen operating models, and turn transformation priorities into measurable business outcomes. Working across Finance, Technology, Data and the Transformation Office, you will also be expected to lead systems and improvements adoption across the teams and provide clear updates to senior stakeholders on transformation progress.

The Role:

• Lead the International Finance Transformation roadmap across the following areas:
• Transformation Strategy and Execution
• Process Optimisation and Finance Modernisation
• Data and Reporting Enablement
• Organisational and Change Management
• Governance and Programme Management
• Lead visible, enterprise-level transformation rather than a single system implementation
• Improve the close, reporting, controls, data and decision support together
• Work directly with senior Finance, Technology, Data and business leaders
• Build sustainable capability rather than deliver short‑term fixes
• Demonstrate measurable improvements in productivity, automation, reporting quality and stakeholder experience

Experience:

• Experienced accountant with a strong working knowledge of both US and European reporting frameworks
• Significant expertise in finance transformation, finance operations, consulting or enterprise change - ideally over 10 years of demonstrably doing this
• A track record of delivering complex transformation programmes across multi-jurisdictional finance teams within both technical and business perspectives
• Strong knowledge of reporting, controls, process improvement and technology-enabled change
• Confident executive communication and stakeholder influence
• Insurance or reinsurance experience is required - especially when working within Lloyd's, FCA and European regulatory environments
• You must have experience working in Workday
